Master how to make the best homemade Dumplings in this delicious and fun Masterclass at Relish Mama.

You will master a variety of dumplings as well as various cooking methods and techniques. You will learn and prepare sensational fillings to take your dumpling-making to a whole other level.

Chef, Bec Ng will teach you also how to blend mixtures traditionally by hand and how to correctly prepare the siu mai pork for siu mai dumplings (mince must not be used!). In this great hands-on dumpling making cooking class, you will also learn how the mixture should be ‘thrown’ to help make your dumplings perfectly sticky. You’ll learn three sensational dipping sauces and the techniques of making different dumpling shapes.

 

In this masterclass – How to make the best homemade Dumplings – you will learn and enjoy how to:

  • Aromatic Chinese five-spice beef wontons served in delicious soup stock and with Asian vegetables
  • Vegetarian Fried Gyoza
  • Steamed Siu Mai / open top dumplings with pork and prawn
  • Master how to prepare and cook ‘Moneybags’ (also known as ‘little parcels’) served with sweet chilli sauce
