A private cooking lesson for one person where you will learn how to make home-style Chinese food. You will receive one-to-one hands on tuition in your own home kitchen. Most importantly, the lesson will be tailored to you whether you are a complete beginner with a basic kitchen or an experienced home cook with all the mod-cons!
We will discuss what type of dishes you might like to learn, any allergies, dietary requirements, what kitchen utensils are available in your home and finalize what we will cook on the day. We will also talk about what you would like to get out of the lesson.

Through Tangy's Kitchen, you can learn how easy it is to make classic Chinese dishes using ingredients you can find in your local supermarkets.
In this session, you will learn to prepare the individual ingredients that go inside the spring roll, then fill and wrap using the delicate spring roll sheet. This is a very satisfying dish for any occasion and you will also prepare chilli dipping sauce to accompany it.
Stir Fried Chicken Noodles - also knows as Chicken Chow Mein - is a simple dish that's a winner every time.
Next, the classic Sweet and Sour Chicken, where you will learn to marinate the meat and make the famous finger licking good sweet and sour sauce!
Join us at Belfast Cookery School on an odyssey of Asian Streetfood where you will work in pairs, making from scratch your own Pot Sticker Pork Dumplings, the fresh dough, the filling, and even the dipping sauce!
