Eating For Beauty:
Who are we? We’re a mother (Helena)/daughter (Rachel) team that share a passion for cooking. We’ve been cooking together since Rachel was very young and now we’re super excited to share our love of cooking with others at The Curious Kitchen.
This course explores approaches for creating flavor in cooking vegetables. My goal is to give the home cook a window into the world of fresh local produce and innovative cooking approaches
Pare down, cook at hone and learn the ins-and-outs of delicious, satisfying meals at home. Classes are hands-on, balancing passive and active tasks to create a four-course meal. ????
Pumpkins are not just for pie or carving! Like other squash, they are comfort food. We wll use these great gourds to teach you a winter twist on some Italian Classics.
Breakfast holds a special place in our hearts and I'm sure in yours! Learn some old-time favorites as well as new recipes.
