I started my career in local government where I ended up managing large multi disciplinary teams in the health and leisure sector. In 2013 I took the offer of voluntary redundancy to seek a better work/life balance.
Unsure of what to do next, I decided to build on my management skills, and retrained as a Personal Development Coach with The Coaching Academy, and as a Trainer with The Learning Curve.
Becoming a qualified, licensed Trainer with 'Feel The Fear®' to deliver workshops and one-to-one sessions is yet another development in my evolving journey!!
I combine my work with working for a local Mental Health charity and am both an adult and youth Mental Health First Aider with MHFA England.
I live in the West Country and am at my happiest when I am with my small dog (small in stature - not in character!) next to, on, or in the sea!!
