This class focuses on the cuisines of Southern France, Eastern Spain, Italy and Greece. You will cook your way through a menu-map that includes French olive tapenade on garlic toast; Greek briam; Spanish fideua Catalania; and Sicilian pesce spada.

This class series will teach you the main guidelines (not rules!) to follow and together we’ll learn three to four recipes which participants may do together with the instructor or follow along, demo style. It’s a great way to learn to make healthy and sustainable food choices.
