Flex (Crossfit) Course is Offered by Warrior Sports Martial Arts and Fitness Academy.
This class is sure to become your next obsession. It’s based around the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. By combining fun and enjoyment with physical activity, we’re here to prove that we can maximize your potential with emotional and physiological fitness.
Our Flex classes are based on CrossFit which is a form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. There is a standard "workout of the day" (WOD) that all members complete on the same day.
The CrossFit classes have a bit more range in exercises performed than the general functional fitness class, like muscle ups, hand stand pushups and higher level barbell work.
But it is a fun, hard workout if you enjoy a bit more of a challenge.

Pilates is a great form of exercise that consists of low-impact movements to help build core strength, balance and flexibility. Pilates focuses on proper postural alignment which is essential for relieving lower back pain and improve overall body movement.
Pilates sessions focus on building strength and control of the deep core muscles, improving posture and alignment, increasing control and body awareness, while improving balance and coordination.

Little Tiger Course is Offered by World of Martial Arts.
Our Personal Trainer course is an occupational skills programme which provides 81 credits towards the National Certificate in Fitness (NCIF). The Personal Trainer course is your shortest route to becoming a personal trainer and qualifies you to work internationally.
