In this class Marie Rutherford will share techniques and recipes for some of her favorite classic bistro dishes. On the menu: galette lyonnaise (potato, onion, chard, and leek galette with comte and black pepper); trout meunière amandine (trout sauteed with brown butter and almonds);
salad aux lingots et saucisse de morteau quai d'orsay (salad of white beans, frisée, smoked sausage, pistachio, and chives); and le chocolat chaud (hot drinking chocolate with whipped cream).
