No trip to Paris is complete without a classic bistro meal. And since most of us can’t make the trip quite as often as we’d like, we might as well learn how to recreate it at home!

In this class Marie Rutherford will share techniques and recipes for some of her favorite classic bistro dishes. On the menu: galette lyonnaise (potato, onion, chard, and leek galette with comte and black pepper); trout meunière amandine (trout sauteed with brown butter and almonds); 

salad aux lingots et saucisse de morteau quai d'orsay (salad of white beans, frisée, smoked sausage, pistachio, and chives); and le chocolat chaud (hot drinking chocolate with whipped cream).
