When you think of New Orleans, a city unlike any other comes to mind. Vibrant music and colors flood the streets of the French Quarter at every turn, and no matter where you go the smells of delicious food cooking will follow and fill these historical streets.
Our French cooking class gives students the opportunity to learn several different techniques popular in kitchens across the world. From poaching, braising, roasting, and several different knife cuts, students will get a lot from this class!
Start with a comforting classic – French Onion soup – right before you try your hand at flipping some crepes. We’ll stuff them with honey mustard baked salmon and spinach. An indulgent chocolate mousse for dessert.
