Course Details

Yum! This a wonderful menu, teaching French technique and foundational preparations in a delicious light & bright execution.

We'll cover so many technqiues, proportions and categories of cooking (vinaigrette, roux, mirepoix, custard) that you'll leave with a semester's worth of culinary school in recipes that you can make again- promise!

Classes are hands-on, balancing passive and active tasks to create a four-course meal.

At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go. You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with the class and meal.
