Our fantastic Head Chef will teach you how to slice and dice using a Chinese cleaver, how to wrap delicious Vietnamese Summer Rolls, make the perfectly balanced Nuoc Cham dipping sauce, fill crunchy Bahn Mi and make a deliciously fresh Lotus root and Prawn Salad.
