Course Details

For the major Vietnamese food fans join this full-day cookery class to become a true expert in Vietnamese seasoning. We teach you how to use a variety of aromatic spices and herbs and how to balance them when making favourite dishes such as Pho and Banh Mi.

Our fantastic Head Chef will teach you how to slice and dice using a Chinese cleaver, how to wrap delicious Vietnamese Summer Rolls, make the perfectly balanced Nuoc Cham dipping sauce, fill crunchy Bahn Mi and make a deliciously fresh Lotus root and Prawn Salad. 

  • Chicken Pho- Fragrant and aromatic chicken broth served with rice noodles and tender pieces of chicken
  • Prawn and Lotus Root Salad
  • Bahn Mi (Vietnamese Style Meat Pattie Baguette)- Crunchy french style baguette filled with pickled vegetables and deliciously marinated beef and turkey patties
  • Vietnamese Summer Rolls- Delicate rice paper wrappers filled with fresh vegetables and seafood and served with a Nuoc Cham dipping sauce.
  • Vietnamese grilled pork with lemongrass

You will learn:

  • You will learn the basics of cutting, slicing, and chopping using a Chinese cleaver.

  • You’ll also be taught how to fill, fold and season Vietnamese Summer rolls correctly.

  • Our Head Chef will show you how season the perfect stock for Pho

  • Our classes also teach you the key basics of Vietnamese seasoning with herbs and spices and what seasoning to use to make delicious Vietnamese dishes every time!
