Shawn brings that fun, lively atmosphere with her wherever she goes, and we're excited to host a hands-on workshop featuring her humor, and her amazing Greek cooking!
Greece is a nation of small, local farmers who produce amazing fresh produce and meats of all kinds. The weather is incredibly beautiful and conducive to growing lemons, grapes, olives and all kinds of fresh veggies and herbs.

We love food...we love talking about it, looking at pictures of it on Instagram, tasting something new and different, watching TV chefs, reading a brand new Barefoot Contessa cookbook, and watching every YouTube video on fluffy waffles.
And at Mix, food is much more than a 3-meal-a-day ritual...we love shopping for local ingredients, planning a seasonal menu, perfecting a brownie recipe, helping a kid crack an egg for the first time, setting a gorgeous table, and, most importantly, sharing our love of the craft of cooking with our Chandler community.
In this class, we'll combine fresh ingredients in the healthiest possible way to recreate traditional dishes but totally guilt-free! This class can be vegetarian upon prior request!

We change our menus twice a year to reflect the season, as well as current food trends. We put a lot of thought into offering guests a wide variety of options.
