Classes are held in a warm, fun, and welcoming environment in Chef Joe’s own personal culinary salon and art studio. The classes are limited to 12 max. up to 14 for private groups, so you get lots of personal attention.
Risotto cooking class is offered by Chef Joe's Culinary Salon.Learn the techniques in creating this magnificent trio of sublimely delicious risotto dishes!Â
In this class we'll create a bounty of handmade Polish style Pierogi and Russian style Pirozhki, both styles are absolutely delicious! The Polish Pierogi is made with a dumpling style dough, filled with potato, cheddar and chives, poached, then fried in butter and onions.
