Welcome to the Culinary Salon offering hands-on cooking classes in an intimate setting Whether you are a novice or an experienced foodie there is something for everyone at Chef Joe's Culinary Salon.
Classes are held in a warm, fun, and welcoming environment in Chef Joe’s own personal culinary salon and art studio. The classes are limited to 12 max. up to 14 for private groups, so you get lots of personal attention.
Come explore the foods of Roman times. Italians are legendary for their feasts, and their food variety. Fresh made pastas, bread and spices from all around the world are parts of this staple class at Sauté Culinary Academy.
Italian Cooking class is offered by Cooking With Joni. Joni brings fun into the kitchen! You leave your classes with the confidence to replicate the recipes and experience them in your own kitchen.
In this cooking class, you'll take a road trip down Italy and learn the classic ragu' all bolognese, master delicious chicken saltimbocca together with scrumptious stewed eggplant caponata and truffled cauliflowers puree only to end up triumphantly with a duo of semifreddo as dessert.
Pasta making class is offered by Silver Whisk Cooking. Our Chefs deliver a highly-engaged and interactive cooking experience. We are trained experts who like to have fun on the job.
We begin each workshop by making our dough from scratch in order to familiarize students with how pasta should “feel”. We will then move on to the rolling part of the workshop, accompanied by using a variety of pasta making tools and accessories.
