Our most popular stand-alone cooking class, this is Classic Cooking Academy’s bread and butter. Guests come in, find a seat, have a drink, and meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu. After our staff covers what each table will be cooking, guests split up among the tables to prepare one dish of their choosing.
At the end, our chefs take over the kitchen, while guests return to the dining room and are served a delectable three-course dinner complete with an appetizer, entrée, and dessert.

Our Practical or Pastry Series is for the serious in mind or attend one of our single cooking classes that were designed to balance hands-on learning and fun.

Greek cooking class is offered by The Kitchen Nashville. All class registration fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to send someone in your place if you cannot attend a class.

This class is special. I am of Greek descent and want to share some of my favorite Greek dishes with you. Braising Lamb to develop flavor like my Grandma did. Understanding how fat and acid balances each other, creating a meal that will warm your soul as it does mine.
