This class concentrates on stretching and strengthening principles for dancers who would like to increase their range of motion and increase their cardiovascular fitness.
Designed to advance competitive dancers with elevation, stretching, leaps, turns and technique in varying dance styles including  Jazz, Lyrical & Performance Contemporary.
Tumbling will help your dancer build strength and precision while they advance and achieve their tumbling goals!
A completely original workout that draws on the flowing movements of tai chi, which create health and balance, the strengthening theories from ballet, which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the healing principles of physiotherapy, which create a pain free body.
The class will be geared towards ballet technique but will complement and provide benefit to other styles of dance.
