The dance floor is a place of vulnerability, growth and acceptance. It’s a place where we can celebrate our differences with something that we all have in common, our love for dance.
Whether you want to forget about your day and escape into dance, or celebrate and let it be your outlet, the dance floor will always be there. No matter where you come from or who you are, when we're in the studio, we're all on common ground.
This classes will focus on a variety of concepts (patterning, rhythm, coordination) while enjoying movement and music together and working at the dancers own pace. Â
Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains. Â
Our programs are designed to inspire young dancers to follow their dreams and express their emotions through movement. We pride our studio to be an inclusive environment for children of all abilities.
A completely original workout that draws on the flowing movements of tai chi, which create health and balance, the strengthening theories from ballet, which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the healing principles of physiotherapy, which create a pain free body.
