Hamilton’s Health and Fitness is a boutique, private gym which has become home to transformations and converted fitness lovers.
Our aim is not to bombard you with training unachievable programmes and unrealistic eating plans, but rather to instil in you a love for your body and it’s capabilities!

We also offer eating plans which work hand in hand with your training, so that you are able to turn your life around and increase your fitness levels. We have a supplement shop at our premises which stocks all the necessary products to help you achieve your body goals.
Where are we? 113 – 9th Avenue (entrance on 10th avenue), Berea, Durban. You will find Hamilton Clothing, our supplement shop, Rise Health Cafe and of course the Gym (where the magic happens!) at our premises. We are centrally located, so no matter where you are coming from to change your life around, we are easily accessible.
Personal Trainer course is offered by AFPA Fitness for all skill level. AFPA keeps you, the personal trainer up to date with all the latest information and techniques inthe fitness industry.
A full qualification which allows you to work internationally as a Personal Trainer and Conditioning Coach.
Functional Fitness Course is Offered by Warrior Sports Martial Arts and Fitness Academy.
Functional Fitness involves weight bearing exercises targeted at core muscles of the abdomen, lower back, Arms, chest, upper and lower legs.
Pilates Dance Lessons are offered by Wellspring Dance Academy for all ages and abalities.
