Real Body, Real Food, Real Life.
Happy Food MN was founded by Anna Klimmek, who received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Le Cordon Bleu Training. Combining more than one hundred dietary theories and a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods, she crafts personalized workshops to help your employees achieve their health goals.
A Bit About Anna
Anna trained as a chef in the Culinary Program at Le Cordon Bleu and has over 15 years of experience in catering, grocery and deli, and as a personal chef cooking for busy families. She has a unique perspective on the needs of the average employee who is looking to be healthy but is crunched for time. Having cooked for people like this, she understands what they need at meal time. Additionally, having worked in a grocery store deli, Anna knows that they offer great meal time tricks that can cut down on prep time.
Anna’s Culinary Training is coupled with the Health Coach Certification that she received from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition—where she learned over one hundred dietary theories and a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. She’s in the unique position of understanding that it is one thing to know what to eat, but it is another to be able to implement healthy eating. Anna and Happy Food MN bridge that gap by teaching simple solutions to everyday problems that are easy to implement.
