Come join us for a class at The Cooking School at Irwin Street. There is something for everybody to learn. Each class is different, but one thing is the same - you will participate in creating a family-style meal.
Then, at the end of the class, you will sit down as a group to enjoy the meal you created together. Its as much of a social experience, as a learning experience.

Chef Ric Rosser will join Brennan's culinary team for a delicious three-course cooking class featuring ingredients straight from Spread Oaks Ranch and Moorhead's Blueberry Farm! Each course will be expertly paired with a glass of wine by Brennan's Wine Guy, Rich Carter.
Hands-on participation; appetizers upon arrival; a selection of local microbrews, Northwest wines, and our signature non-alcoholic beverages; a feast including all dishes prepared in class; and printed copies of all recipes.
For our Holiday Drink Building class we will be going over 4 drinks that we’ve built to be added to your menu for the holiday season. The class will be led by Bryan Hibbard and Lindsey Villanueva.
