This hands-on course is designed as a fun and informal introduction to the basics of making espresso at home. It will focus on learning on how to pull the perfect shot, steaming great milk, and pouring all of your favourite espresso-based drinks.
Specific attention will be given to concepts like tamping, extraction principles, grind adjustment, espresso variables, and flavour profiles. Time will also be spent teaching you how to perfect your latte art.
At the completion of the course, you'll go home with a better understanding of how to make great espresso and a bag of beans to practice at home.
