The Indian Cooking class presents the flavours of India, sealed in four mouth-watering spices and chilli blends; Red-, Green-, Garam- and Three Spice Masalas.
Our unique mixture shows the way to simplified Indian cuisine and becomes the source of endless inspiration for curries and other delicacies.
Antoinette’s Cookery School was founded by the owner and Chef, Antoinette Coetzer.

Antoinette’s life motto is to share as much knowledge of her culinary passion to all that have a love and interest in food.
Indian Cooking class is offered by Food Filosofia. The Cooking Classes are interactive and informal - the level of involvement and experience all depends on you. There are morning (lunch) and evening classes available, each class is approximately 3 hours.
We cover 5-7 different recipes and we eat what we make. Just bring along something to drink and a pen to write with.
We then go on to tackle 6 elaborate preparations
Curry cooking class is offered by Faeeza's Home Kitchen. Aside from the tried-and-tested tricks and techniques to Malay cooking that I will share with you, I strive to convey the passion for my culture and make it accessible to all. Classes only have a maximum of 8 participants.
