Through hands-on learning with our Chefs, you will teach you the necessary cooking skills to prepare a variety of recipes. Students will be preparing dishes including Butter "Chicken" (or Tofu), Biryani, Raita, and of course Naan bread from scratch and hot from the griddle.
Vegetarian or Omnivore...it makes no difference in this unique Indian Cooking Workshop! This class will feature a variety of delicious and flexible dishes, allowing guests the option of cooking with meat or strictly plant based ingredients.
