Learn to create a number of classic Punjabi vegetarian dishes. Then enjoy all your hard work with a sit down meal. There are numerous Punjabi classics we could cook together – so be prepared for whatever I have in store for you in the kitchen on the day! However, a typical day could be preparing : mutter paneer, stuffed peppers, dhal, fresh roti (chapatti) and Indian rice.
All ingredients and equipment will be provided on the day. The group will enjoy all the food that has been prepared during the class with a sit down meal. Please feel free to bring your own take home containers, for any food that may be left over, so that you can continue to enjoy the dishes prepared in the comfort of your own homes.

Vegan Cooking class is offered by My Thai Kitchen. My cookery classes are fun and relaxed and you learn all the techniques of how to create a delicious Thai meal. Whatever your level of cooking ability I’ll give you personal tuition to suit.
In this 2 hour lesson you will be guided through the recipe for each dish by one of our Ashoka Restaurant or guest chefs. This class will give you the skills and knowledge to recreate some of your restaurant favourites in our own kitchen.
Vegetarian Feast cooking class is offered by Priti's Indian Cookery Course. I'll also teach you my tips and tricks to create delicious food when you're in a hurray. Everyone should know how to cook from scratch and Indian food is probably the easiest.
We are all becoming more aware of diets and the impact they have on our health, especially eating red meat. Varying our diets with fish and vegetarian dishes is a good idea. These recipes are a range of recipes that I have used for client events and eat at home regularly.
