What to expect from this ‘introduction to coaching’ course
The course teaches you the theory and fundamentals of coaching employees and allows you to practice with your peers during the course. The practices you learn will not only improve the performance of the individuals you go on to coach but will also contribute to your organisation’s wider performance and support initiatives in managing company culture.
You’ll learn how to coach employees in a way that brings out the best in the people around you, helping to empower others and improve business performance.
What you’ll need to do in this ‘coaching skills’ course
This is a two-day course, delivered in-person. You’ll take part in 12 hours of classroom sessions over two consecutive days.
We recommend you support your classroom sessions with self-directed learning – this should take around 10 hours.
What you’ll get on this ‘introduction to coaching employees’ course
You’ll receive a resource pack , which will include all materials needed for the course.
At the end of this course, you’ll receive a certificate.
