This 4 hour class is split into 3 sections; roasting theory, roasting practice, and orientation through the packing station and coffee lab.

We will taste the coffee together and discuss its aromas and flavors. Then you will have the opportunity to practice and prepare some drinks behind the machine.
Course Content Overview of coffee growing; Overview of roasting; Multiple tastings/palate development; Introduction to manual infusion methods; Extracting an espresso; Type of equipment and maintenance; Milk texture and introduction to latte art; Visit to cafes in the region.
This class will go over the science of brewing the perfect cup of coffee and explain the process of roasting, grinding, brewing and tasting.
Professional barista training will allow you to instantly and substantially raise your level or that of your team behind the espresso machine.
Goal: Measure the impact of different coffee terroirs on in-cup flavor
