I’ve worked on a farm, in food policy, with non-profits and government agencies in various aspects of food and agriculture. I loved it all so much that I got a Masters in Agriculture, Food, & Environmental Policy at Tufts Nutrition School. Since then I’ve been teaching cooking classes for all ages!

Gnocchi Class is offered by Flavors on Fire for all ages and skill levels. At Flavors on Fire, we harness the power of fire to create amazing flavors. While you sip on one of our specially curated wines, our chefs will teach you about different cooking techniques and flavors.
In this class you will learn step by step how to obtain the ink from fresh squids and make traditional Italian risotto, cooked with PNW mussels and calamari. At the end of the class, we will sit down and enjoy our dish in the beautiful atmosphere of Pike Place Market
Join us to learn how to make homemade pasta from scratch in this date night style class! Participants will work in groups of two to mix, knead, and roll out the pasta dough. Each participant will hand cut and cook their pasta (served with choice of sauce and ingredient add-ins).
