Course Details

In this hands-on Japanese cooking class, you cover all your Japanese favourites. From sushi to gyoza to tempura and lots more. This class will have you cooking authentic Japanese dishes that will turn your dining room into an izakya.

In the class, we cover around 6–8 different recipes. Here is an example of the types of dishes covered:

  • Tamari Sushi

  • Sushi rolls

  • Gyoza

  • Yakatori Skewers

  • Takoyaki (Squid Balls)

  • Okonomiyaki (Spring Onion and Cabbage Pancake)

  • Croquettes: Pumpkin, Wasabi Or Crab

  • Prawn and Vegetable Tempera

  • Teriyaki Chicken or Beef

  • Pork Katsu

  • Chicken Karaage

  • Spinach with Sesame Dressing

  • Pumpkin kabocha

  • Edamame Salad with Miso Dressing
