All recipes are gluten-free, vegetarian and dye free! Students learn about to Create natural red dye, gluten-free, high protein brownies topped with beet-power candy cane icing, candied popcorn, and fresh pressed spiced apple cider.

If you’re looking for something other than traditional pies to make with apples, this class is for you! Today our Junior Chefs will make and eat three delectable apple snack recipes.
Participants will learn kitchen and knife safety and nutrition education Participants will sample all the food we made in class, then take home their own creations to share with the family.

Our classes combine fun and learning through an interactive, team approach. Junior chefs will enjoy a hands-on experience to learn new recipes, cuisines and techniques, in a social and welcoming environment.
