Mastering techniques, minimizing prep, and maximizing flavor are the focus of our classes; building confidence and making cooking fun are just the dividends.
Our intimate hands-on classes will help you become a confident, creative cook. Classes focus on knife skills, culinary techniques, selecting the best ingredients, and flavor profiles.
We offer day, evening, and weekend classes to suit your schedule. Our classes are informative and fun – you’ll be amazed at what you can cook!
Your child will learn kitchen safety, knife skills, and the basics of reading a recipe card and gain confidence in the kitchen. Come join us and create something amazing!
Kids Cooking class is offered by Petite Cook Charlotte. We cover from start to finish each step in creating the perfect dish!
Kids 12+ are welcome to take any class at our NYC school, as long as they are accompanied by a registered adult.
This is a great class for kids! Students work with delicious chocolate and pour several types to make a large, round pizza shape. They top the pizza with their favorite  candies and cookie pieces (nuts are optional). Each student takes home a large pizza-shaped confection.Â
Each session has a general theme and as in any of our classes each student brings home all of their creations to share!
