Tuition includes recipe handouts to take home, and all supplies. We are an educational facility and DO NOT allow the food a child prepares to be taken outside of our facility, but we do allow time for our Lil' Chefs to enjoy their yummy creations!
All children learn through hands-on discovery. Add the ingredients of fun, energetic adults and the love for home cooked food, and you have stirred up the essence of a Lil' Chef.
At Vetri we believe no chef is too young to start learning important skills and using their creativity to prepare a nutritious meal. For this very special class, we are inviting younger chefs (children in grades 3 to 5) to our Vetri Cucina kitchen to experience an incredible morning of cooking
We’ll learn how to roll and shape everything into classic beef enchiladas with cheese and ranchero sauce to enjoy hot from the oven. While we wait for the enchiladas to bake we will make fresh brown rice horchata to sip on.
Learn to make simple, delicious, and nutritious meals. We use healthy locally sourced organic ingredients to teach children about the basic fundamentals of healthy cooking and eating. Participants learn to source, cook, and eat delicious recipes.
Kids 12+ are welcome to take any class at our NYC school, as long as they are accompanied by a registered adult.
Our Chef Tech Kids Monthly Cook and Bake Series are the perfect match for your child with a flair for food! Classes meet for 1.5 hours, once a week throughout the month. Children will learn a variety of cooking and baking skills.
