About the course
Well Fed’s goal is to get kids cooking from scratch, which we feel is an essential life skill. At our studio we teach hands-on technical skills in the kitchen from qualified instructors in a safe and fun environment.
We hope to develop/encourage a lifelong joy of cooking and experimentation with food. Our philosophy at Well Fed is to create delicious foods that are good for you. Our recipes are well-balanced, from scratch and use whole foods

About Us
In these after-school classes, children aged 8 - 12 years will learn to make wholesome kid -friendly dishes and snacks
The young cooks also have the opportunity to join in our actions fighting food insecurity through a concrete action- preparing meals for community organizations!
Community Kitchens improve people’s cooking and meal-preparation skills and teach budget-friendly, delicious, and nutritious recipes.
Each year, we offer two 7-week cooking classes for students at Thomson ages 9-12. These classes focus on healthy eating, how to follow recipes, and how to shop for food (via a trip to a local grocery store).
Children, accompanied by our professional chefs, trained in supervising children, discover cooking from A to Z. Our activities are 100% practical!
