We offer chef-led, market-driven hands-on and demonstration cooking classes both at your place or ours. Our central location in the Lonsdale Quay Market offers us the opportunity to provide fresh local market ingredients like vegetables, fish, spices, bread, wine and beer.
Join an expert chef and start your culinary journey by learning basic cooking skills. Instruction will be given on proper knife skills and handling, various cooking techniques and food presentation.
You will learn how to remove all the bones while keeping the meat intact & be given your own deboning knife to take home with you.
