Viktor Frankl (author of Man's Search for Meaning) hypothesized that "everything can be taken from a person but one thing: to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's way". Understanding this framework will provide a platform through which the importance of emotional agility for leaders will be examined.
