Tonight, we will start by making a basic sushi and then move on to more complex types of rolls: Philadelphia rolls, Nigiris, Makis, Inside Out Rolls to enhance your meals and impress your guests.
Learn how to prepare and present authentic sushi with a simple and demystifying approach. Sip green tea while we make miso soup, Japanese salad, sushi rice, California rolls, inside out rolls and tuna & salmon nigiri.
Gyoza is a Japanese dumpling that is pretty easy to make and loaded with flavour!! We are going to go over the filling -different things you can add and how to ensure that it is flavourful and binds together
We explore the many types of sushi, rice cooking techniques and fillings, plus hands on sushi making with our sushi master.
