How else can you use them? After we walk down the glorious spice trail, you’ll learn more about Indian spices and curries, and then apply that knowledge to create deliciousness.
We’ll cheers with a Cumin Martini and cook a fabulous Chicken Tikka Masala, one of the most popular dishes. Enjoy the Masala alongside an Indian-spiced Basmati Rice (and change the way you make rice forever!) Are you a vegetarian or vegan? Not to worry — we have modifications for you!

You’ll learn to prepare everything from flaky griddled bread and spiced lamb rice to the most popular Indian restaurant dish—butter chicken. Plus, we’ll finish on a sweet note with chai-spiced homemade ice cream.
