  • Tandoori chicken – Bone in chicken thighs and drumsticks, marinated and grilled

  • Daal Makhani – Black lentils and dark red kidney beans cooked with cream, herbs and spices

  • Paratha’s – Whole wheat durum flour Indian flat bread pan fried on a griddle
