Little Tiger Course is Offered by World of Martial Arts.
We have a different approach to training our little ones. The first thing we focus on is day to day life skills for example instilling confidence, high self-esteem, concentration, discipline and anti-bullying.
How do we apply it? We get on their level and train them in a safe and relaxed atmosphere in a holistic family orientated environment.
Parents are more than welcome to sit in when their child is being trained and are even invited to train with their child. We also work with parents that require a specific approach to the training required.

World of Martial Arts is a multiple discipline fighting system, that is practical and aimed at the individual. It is a family environment that covers traditional fighting systems through to self-defense. Training is tailored for the individual.
Pilates sessions focus on building strength and control of the deep core muscles, improving posture and alignment, increasing control and body awareness, while improving balance and coordination.
Dance Fit is an aerobics/fitness based workout that incorporates elements of dancing. This is a low impact alternative to zumba and is a great way to keep active.
Flex (Crossfit) Course is Offered by Warrior Sports Martial Arts and Fitness Academy.
Our Personal Trainer course is an occupational skills programme which provides 81 credits towards the National Certificate in Fitness (NCIF). The Personal Trainer course is your shortest route to becoming a personal trainer and qualifies you to work internationally.
Group Exercise to Music or Aerobics is the basis of all group exercise. This course is presented over 6 practical lessons. Full attendance is compulsory.
