Our founder Katherine had a simple mission: “Allow all to move and learn the pure joy of dance, enabling a fundamental expression of the human spirit.” She and her partner in business and dance, husband John Paul, continue to live this mission through their four studio locations and online classes.

A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. And get this… you don’t even need any dance experience and you certainly don’t need a partner!
Barre (pronounced ‘bar’) combines simple ballet exercises, core strength work and dance specific stretching.
Students who attend this program will love the motivation and positivity this program brings to every class. These classes will drive their strength and technique through the roof.
With this syllabus, the dancer will gain strength and discipline, poise and mental agility. Classical, Hip Hop, and Jazz dancers will notice improvements in all of these aspects learning Russian Character is a valuable addition to any dancer's repertoire.
This class focuses on the conditioning of the body. This class will help dancers gain flexibility, agility and strength. This class is intense but well worth the pain!
