Dance Dynamics has been welcoming dance and fitness clients for more than 20 years!
Our founder Katherine had a simple mission: “Allow all to move and learn the pure joy of dance, enabling a fundamental expression of the human spirit.” She and her partner in business and dance, husband John Paul, continue to live this mission through their four studio locations and online classes.

Abs, Bum, Thighs! Yes this class hits all the spots! Fabulous all-body conditioning to help supplementyour pole classes! If you think you are not strong enough to pole dance then get yourself into thisclass and watch your pole skills improve faster than an eagle on the hunt!
Help your body reach its maximum potential to complement and improve dance skills. Focusing on intense stretch and strength exercises and dance technique – extensions, turning skills and jumps.
