You'll learn how to cook with chiles and other native ingredients while preparing traditional dishes such as enchiladas, pollo pibil, fish Veracruzana-style, salsas, guacamole, handmade tortillas, and other Mexican comfort foods.

Come learn the essence of Mexican and Southwestern cuisine. We will cover traditional carnitas, fajitas, homemade tortillas, guacamole, queso, and salsa, as well as enchiladas and tortilla soup culminating with creative margheritas!
Kids Mexican Fiesta class is offered by Saute Culinary Academy. Your children will learn how to prepare a yummy Mexican fiesta that they can replicate at home.
You’ll start by preparing a corn and avocado salad topped with a refreshing honey-lime vinaigrette. Next, you'll learn how to craft Oaxacan-style chicken mole with rich chocolate sauce, infused with a wide array of spices.
Salud! Let's kick off Cinco de Mayo a night early while you prepare a delicious Mexican Inspired Menu. You will learn and prepare Jalapeno Lime Skillet Shrimp Tostadas with a Mango Salsa topped with Crema, a Festive Cilantro Lime Corn & Jalapeno Rice and finished off with a Key Lime Pie.
