Enjoy the unique cuisine of the various countries and people that make up the Middle East.  During this 2.5 hour hands-on cooking class, learn a range of fragrant, unique and delicious dishes from across the Middle East.

Enjoy Our Pick Of Delicious Dishes From Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq And The United Arab Emirates!  

Learn the methods of creating this incredible cuisine, from scratch and turn your next dinner party or family BBQ into a festive and multicultural affair!

The Chef will take you through the preparation of the various dishes, step by step as you work together to cook up a feast before sitting down as a group to enjoy your creations over a couple glasses of beer or wine. 

Chicken Machboos 

  • Machboos is the national delicacy of Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait and is also popular in other countries such as Saudi Arabia and UAE. This dish includes rice and meat as the main ingredients and is slow-cooked with spices to give it a unique and aromatic flavour. 

 

Lamb Koobideh 

  • Persian dish named after the style in which the meat is prepared. Traditionally, the meat was placed on a flat stone and smashed with a wooden mallet. It is cooked on a seekh which is Persian for 'skewer'.

 

Mashuai 

  • A traditional fish specialty made with the fish found abundant in the coastal waters of Oman by barbecuing a whole fish which has been rubbed with oil and typically flavoured with spices including cumin, ground coriander seeds, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and salt.
