Our cooking class is a farm-to-table concept that is steeped in traditional recipes. We also conduct a tour of our 21st centruy Kampong all within the house. We will talk about our practices of sustaining the organic garden, and the projects that are held in the co-working spaces.
In the cooking class, we teach you how to make a traditional-style Chicken Curry from scratch, harvest herbs and vegetables from our organic garden for a Frittata, and a blue pea flower rice.
You also get 2 complimentary seasonal greens from our organic garden and dessert. At the end of the session, you will get to sit together and dine on the following menu:
