Calling all meat lovers! Want to learn how to prepare the juiciest meats possible? This carnivore friendly class will teach you how to grill, roast and braise your favourite cuts of bone-in meat to perfection with a range of mouth-watering flavours.

To start, you’ll prepare Korean Style BBQ Beef Short Ribs with Shiso and Thai Basil Mango Salad, followed by Hoisin Glazed Baby Back Pork Ribs with Asian Sesame Slaw, and Dijon-crusted double Lamb Chop, finished with ovendried Tomatoes and Italian Burrata.
