In this class, we will be exploring the rich and flavorful cuisine of Thailand by preparing three delicious dishes: Golden Pouch, Tom Kha Gai, and L’arb Mooh.
Explore the authentic flavours of Thailand. Learn how to prepare and cook a feast of authentic Thai dishes, including noodles, curry dishes, spring rolls, among other dishes that make Thai Cuisine unique and delicious.
Sweet, spicy, fresh, citrusy; welcome to the tastes of Thailand. Thai culture is based on Buddhism and balance. This balance can be found in all things Thai, especially in the food.
In this class we will explore the delicate balance of flavours in Thai cuisine and how to achieve the tantalizing flavours of spicy, sweet, sour and salty that we love in Thai dishes.
With a few key techniques, you will be able to make delicious pad thai in your own kitchen!
