Immerse yourself in the food, wine, and culture of España with this national dish. We’ll take you through all the steps to make a showstopping authentic Paella for four people. Our Ingredients Kit makes it easy just about everything you need for class arrives in a lovingly packed box.

 

Paella de España Class Kit:

The purchase price includes the kit (4 servings), shipping costs, and the cost of the class. (If you cannot attend the live class, we’ll send you a recording to watch at your convenience.)

 

Kit Includes:

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • vegetables for the sofrito: garlic, onion, bell peppers, canned tomato

for the paella: Spanish Chorizo, rice, peas, lemon, and chicken stock
a beautiful spice kit with: saffron, Spanish Pimentón, paprika, and cayenne pepper

You will need to provide: olive oil for cooking, a small amount of parsley for garnish (if you desire), and additional protein of your choice. Mix and match! Choose any that you like from below:

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • ½ pound shrimp
  • ½ pound mussels
  • ½ pound clams, like littleneck or manilla clams
  • ½ pound fish, like cod or monkfish

 

Equipment:

A fabulous Paella needs very little equipment to get right. Have a cutting board and knife ready. A food processor will make the prep easier if you have one. You’ll need a great 12-inch skillet, non-stick is best to create the famous socarrat on the bottom of the Paella.

A heat-proof, non-scratching cooking spoon is also a plus (see below for our favorite long-lasting, durable composite spoon. Otherwise,  a wonderful bottle of wine is the only additional “equipment” you’ll need! (Wine recommendations are included in the kit.)
