Lessons from the dough table

Here the bakers of Hoosier Mama will teach each class member how to make our famous all butter pie dough, roll out a shell, and crimp it! Everyone will take home a ball of dough and a frozen crimped pie shell ready to bake at home.

In addition to our classic crust we will be demonstrating how to make the perfect crumb shell! Everyone will make a saltine crumb shell and their very own Atlantic Beach pie to take home.

The class sizes will be intimate (6 people/class) so that everyone will be able to have their hands in creating while learning. Accompanying written class materials will be provided for take home. Classes run 3 hours long. Some light snacks, adult beverages, and mocktails will be served. The first class will have a special appearance from the Hoosier Mama herself, Chef Paula Haney. Be sure to sign up quickly since space will be limited!
