Join us for a fun ingredients-focused vegetarian cooking class in which you’ll get hands-on in the Icon kitchen and discover how to make a range of fresh, tasty, healthy and hearty veggie-friendly dishes, packed full of flavour and natural ingredients.
In this class you’ll learn how to prepare and cook fresh, seasonal vegetables and turn them into glorious vegetarian dishes that not only look amazing but will have any meat eater coming back for more.

Students will learn to use leaner cuts of meat, poultry, to use less fat and cream in your cooking, however due to the addition of spices and herbs every dishes prepared taste sensational!
This class features cooking on coals and will start with an introduction to native ingredients and their nutritional information, traditional uses and where it can serve as a substitute.
