It's no secret I absolutely love edible flowers and all the plant kingdom actually. As well as being totally beautiful and full of health benefits, edible flowers play a really important role in the home garden for attracting bees and other beneficial insects.
This class is on Friday 11th of August and starts at 5pm so we can be ready for dinner approximately around 7pm.The lesson lasts approximately 3 hours. We will be making three traditional Greek cooking recipes.
Lesson one covers classic favorites with a vegan/vegetarian twist- you will learn how to make dumplings using TVP as the meat alternative as well as a rainbow fried rice that will bring five colours to your meal.
