Level: Beginners (no fitness or dance experience needed).
What to wear: Shorts and t-shirt.
We are passionate about all things aerial. To us, pole and aerial is so much more than an just exercise class, it’s an experience. Our aim is to provide a safe, judgement-free environment where adults can feel comfortable and have fun while becoming fitter, stronger and more confident version of themselves.
This short block course is for people who want to give pole a go but are concerned they may struggle
The curriculum of this course consists of more advanced inverts, transitions and tricks that will challenge your pole dancing at your own pace
