Introduction to different species and types of coffee
Introduction to differences between gourmet and local coffee
Knowing parts of an espresso machine and automatic coffee bean grinder
Key fundamental knowledge in proper coffee extraction and factors causing improper coffee extraction (i.e. under-extraction and over-extraction)
Experiential learning on optimal milk temperature range
Proper espresso extraction and milk frothing technique
Pouring technique of different milk-based beverages e.g. Cafe? Latte and Cappuccino
Advanced Gourmet Barista
Advanced tamping technique

We will teach you the proper way of brewing each cup of gourmet coffee the way it is supposed to look and taste. Many of us did not grow up drinking Café Latte and Cappuccino.
In fact, it is the local drinks like Kopi and Teh that we are more familiar with. We believe that our baristas should embrace this unique coffee culture we have here in Singapore, and be proficient in not just gourmet coffee, but our local drinks as well. Coffee culture and demand has been especially prevalent around the world today.
On completion of the different stages of the Latte Art Course, the learner will be able to froth milk for different kinds of coffee and carry out different movements of milk pouring with competency in pouring a Heart, Rosetta, Tulip, Swan.
This course allows the experienced baristas the platform to take their skills one step further and build on latte art foundations.
This workshop is the ideal starting point for anyone interested in Handbrew coffee (v60).
We will bring you around the globe with our travelers’ drinks.
