This course is designed for students who want to become professional chefs specialising in Italian cuisine. The objective of the course is to prepare student’s practice in the kitchen. During the first 75 hours of the course, students are able to learn and improve their knowledge.
They are able to develop skills in all aspects, from the very basics to the more advanced techniques. The program will cover all aspects of Italian cuisine, including traditional and innovative methods.
The second step is 250 hours of training. This part of the course places students into our Italian partner restaurants. Here, students will broaden their culinary imagination, and will give particular attention to nutrition, taste perception, development of the recipes and presentation of the dishes.
